The
following information is provided by Miho from Japan:
Three men, Pedro, Andores (Antonio), and Diego all suffer
from lack of money. They plan a bank robbery. They rob a bank
and take two people who happen to be there as hostages. One
is a young wife named Julia, another is an old man named Louis.
The three men confine the hostages in a room, set a special
bomb near the hostages, and warn police not to do anything
to arrest them. Police are trying hard to find them and keep
the hostages safe at the same time. Meanwhile, Andores is
shocked by setting a bomb. Since he joined the plan because
he thought no one would be hurt, he is very confused and insists
on setting the hostages free. Diego is a very cold person
and has no feeling about the hostages' lives. Pedro, who made
the bomb, is not so cold as Diego. So quarrels occur, Diego
vs. Andores and Pedro. Diego shoots Andores. Seeing this,
Pedro stabs Diego with a knife. After Diego dies, Andores
is carried to the hospital, asking Pedro to set the hostages
free. Pedro does so. By this time, police have found the room
where the hostages are locked up. They rush into the room
and find Pedro, stabbed in the back with an ice pick. The
young woman hostage killed him after she was untied. The name
of the film comes from the fact that peoples' lives are combined
like a puzzle.
